GRATUITIES...
The Gratuity
is not included with any service or package. The industry
average is 15-20% of your service fees. For your convenience,
envelopes are available at the front desk.

A delightful Spa Day
is a wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion
with friends and family. Please feel free to book
our Spa for parties. Checkout our spa packages or
create your own.
OUR POLICIES...
We require a $25.00 deposit on up-do’s for special
occasions.
Chemical Services are guaranteed for two weeks. We do
not guarantee permanent waves on children under the age
12.
We are happy to provide corrective coloring services,
but do not guarantee this chemical
If you are unhappy with your haircut, we will make any
changes as long as it is within one week of receiving
the haircut.

No substitutions on Packages.
Packages cannot be split between different days or between
multiple clients.
Gift Certificates are valid for one year from the date
of purchase unless otherwise specified.
No refunds on Gift Certificates.
72 Hour cancellation is required for multi-service or
package appointments.
24 hour cancellation is required for all other appointments.
